You know what's awesome? Being able to DRIVE to Fredericton to photograph my beautiful clients...instead of having to take two ferries, or two planes (one of which was super miniature). Here are a few shots from one of my recent family sessions in one of my favourite cities :)

In mid-July, I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Andy and Erin's wedding. I had never been to Gagetown, and when I drove in the week before their wedding for a walk-through with Erin, all I could think was, "I WANT TO GET RE-MARRIED HERE!!!" Well, I don't want to marry a whole new person...I like my current husband. I guess I just want the prettiness of Gagetown to be photoshopped into the background of my wedding pictures. If anyone can do that, let me know ;) When Erin told me that her and Andy would be following their church ceremony with the signing of the registry, and refreshments, at the Gagetown courthouse, I couldn't picture exactly what that would look like. I picture courthouses as big, cold, brick buildings. As it turns out, I was 1/3 correct. This courthouse was big. But it looked more like some sort of country plantation or farm, or something from the set of a Jane Austen film adaptation. SO beautiful, and such a perfect setting for a country reception. Erin and Andy. Thank you so much for choosing me to capture your wedding day. I'm so thankful the rain stayed away, and that your whole day went so smoothly! You're a beautiful couple, and I wish you nothing but happiness! Andy + Erin 2013.07.20 Gagetown, NB Hair + Make-up: Avalon Salon and Spa (Fredericton, NB) Flowers: Grower Direct Dress: J.
